No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our concierge service, all subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be reversed, credited, or refunded. This applies to all subscription plans, including weekly and monthly billing cycles.
By subscribing to motionblur, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are final at the time of payment.
What You Receive
Your subscription payment covers access to our weekly concierge service, which includes:
- AI-curated personalized weekly reports delivered on a recurring basis
- Curated suggestions for events, restaurants, happy hours, and activities
- Interactive maps with venue locations
- Direct links to venues and event pages
Third-Party Venues
motionblur provides curated recommendations with links to third-party venues and events. Any purchases, reservations, or tickets you buy through those links are transactions between you and the venue. Refunds or issues with third-party services must be handled directly with the respective venue or provider.
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), please contact us at voiceofyoursllc@gmail.com within 30 days. We will review the issue and resolve any billing errors promptly.
We encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider so we can work together to resolve the matter.
Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details on how to cancel your subscription.
