- Personalized suggestions based on your location, interests, and preferences
- Interactive maps and direct links to venues and events
- Delivery of weekly reports via Telegram messaging
The Service is a digital recommendation service. We do not sell, ship, or handle any physical goods or tickets. All venue links provided are to third-party websites, and any purchases or reservations are made directly with those parties under their terms.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to the Service requires an active subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our website. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable rate for your chosen plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period (weekly or monthly depending on your plan). All sales are final — please review our Refund Policy for details.
4. User Responsibilities

motionblur provides curated recommendations only. We are not responsible for experiences at venues, events, or restaurants we recommend, including quality, availability, or safety. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service during the billing period in which the issue arose.

We collect and use personal information (including location data and preferences you provide) solely to deliver our concierge service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via Telegram or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
